We are part of Duke Energy protection program with our hot water heater. We developed a slow leak and contacted Duke Energy and they contract out with Kempton and Self. Kempton contacted us and since it was not an emergency, they came out on Monday and looked at the water heater and said they would be back on Tuesday to install a new one.
