We had a great experience with Kempton & Self Plumbing Services. We had a water-main leak at our house, and initially had another company (Quality Plumbing) come and look at it, but they were not polite and weren’t able to fit us in until almost a week later. We called Kempton & Self Plumbing Services and they were here within the hour. The plumber was extremely nice and communicated with us throughout the process. My home needed to be replumbed and I couldn't be happier with the service! While they weren't the least expensive quote I received, their customer service more than made up for it. The job was finished a full day earlier than they estimated, they responded to emails on sunday, and they tidied up so well, when I returned home from work I couldn't tell anyone had been there all day working hard to restore my plumbing. From my first interaction with Hannah on the phone to schedule the estimate, to Charles who gave me the estimate, to joey and Anthony who did the dirty work, it was a pleasure to work with this company.
