Just had Kempton and Self install a new hybrid, heat pump water heater, replacing an old gas unit. Arrived early on scheduled time and completed the job amidst working next to HVAC and electricians. Were very flexible working around the others. Cleaned up afterwards. Technician came back next day to check out the installation, answer any questions I had about the unit working, explain how the heat pump water heater differed from a standard electric unit and the importance of cleaning the filters. Office staff stayed on top of the job, and answered all my questions about rebates, etc. Everyone friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better more attentive service..... Just hope the water heater works as well as the installation. My now go to people for help with plumbing projects.

EXCELLENT SERVICE : Only needed a shower pan & faucet installed in my bathroom. Im a DIY guy. No other company I called would do the specific job I requested. They sent a tech out to the house, 3 days later I had an estimate. Three weeks later they came out to the house. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They did the job in 4 1/2 hours. The cost was well worth it in the end. I can now proceed and install the walls & tiles. They did a great job with the installation. Thanks guys!!!
Have yet received any services from them as they only came out for an estimate. Out of 5 local companies I have called, they were the only company to respond to my bathroom shower pan & fixtures install. Pricey quote ( or maybe I'm just out of touch with plumbing cost) but better than no one coming out after making verbal agreements. Happy I made the call after a friend made the recommendation. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
I've used this company for many years, and their service is always reliable, quick, competent, and done properly. Over the years they have replaced every fixture in my home, and even done a complete re-piping to replace aged galvanized pipes. I highly recommend them.
Kempton and self is so amazingly good. I had a backed-up toilet on a Saturday evening. Jacob, their employee, came within 20 minutes, and fixed everything for a very reasonable price.
