They were very courteous! They explained what they were doing and gave us options for the extent of the work. They came soon after our call to repair the outside water heater. Now they removed a rusty bathtub! Each time they have charged reasonably. We will call them for any more issues.

The Kempton & Self RePipe Team turned what was at best a major inconvenience into the best experience possible under the circumstances. I had a major hot water leak and a minor cold water leak. My regular plumber advised a complete repipe and recommended this company. I called with the hopes that they could repair the issues right away. Despite the fact that they were booked for a month, Cory found a way to fit me into the schedule one week at a time in order to stop the leak and provide limited access to water for me. Each week, the team arrived and worked non-stop, with diligence and professionalism that is rarely found in others. Along with their clear expertise and skill, each team member was also extremely polite, helpful, and patient in answering my questions. The office staff communicated with me daily to provide updates and inform me of the team's anticipated arrival time each morning and were also always extremely professional and patient. On February 21, 2022, at our residence in Gainesville at approximately 6:00 pm the plumbing in both bathrooms stop working. The toilets began making a gurgling sound. The water in the toilets was clear and there was no sign of waste in the bowl. We tried to plunge both toilets. Water in both toilets would not flush out of the toilets. The water in the toilets appeared clean and did not contain any waste. The toilets and piping underneath the house made a gurgling noise that could be heard throughout the house. Sewage began coming up in the shower in the master bathroom. We at once called a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured plumper, Kempton and Self, located at PO Box 1274, Archer, Florida, 32618. We never had used their services. Their technician arrived within 30 minutes. We informed him raw sewage was beginning to flow from the shower drain into the shower. He immediately realized the seriousness of the problem and took immediate action which saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. If it would have continued in my opinion to flow from the shower into the home, damaging the master bathroom tile and master bathroom carpet and possibly the Living Room. His actions and decision saved the inside of our home.
