18 years & still happy with Kempton & Self
We have used Kempton & Self for the past 18 years, and definitely feel that they deserve a 5 star rating. When I have a plumbing project at my home I want an experienced professional who will discuss my options with me, have the materials he needs on his truck, show up on time, treat my home with respect, and do an excellent job. I want a plumber that I can count on to ease my mind that the job is being done right the first time. Kempton & Self Plumbing has consistently been our "go-to" for everything from simple projects to a sudden leak that occurred in our attic when a hole developed in a water supply line. We have mostly worked with Jacob, who is awesome. He was out last week to install a new dishwasher, sink, and faucet in our kitchen. Everything works perfectly and looks wonderful --- it is the "end result" I hoped for and it's because Jacob is conscientious and does a thorough job. The simplest thing I tell people about Kempton & Self is: "if you want it done right the first time, call them."
