Kempton and Self did a complete repipe of a 1954 block home. From the very beginning, they were very professional in that they came when they said they would, they called before arriving to give a heads up. The estimator explained the process and was very up-front about what holes may need to be cut so pipes could be run and how they planned to run the pipes. The crew that did the work was on time and completed the job within the timeframe they estimated. They did not start the job then run off to another site as I have had other contractors do. During the work, they nicked a wire which was unavoidable since they cannot see behind the drywall, and had an electrician immediately come to make the repair. The office staff was very responsive to my questions and did all they could to accommodate what I wanted to be done. I had received several estimates and they were the most reasonable. Based on their service I probably would have taken them over a lower bid to ensure the job went smoothly. By far this was the most hassle-free contractor experience I have had and highly recommend them.
