We have used Kempton & Self for the past 18 years, and definitely feel that they deserve a 5 star rating. When I have a plumbing project at my home I want an experienced professional who will discuss my options with me, have the materials he needs on his truck, show up on time, treat my home with respect, and do an excellent job. I want a plumber that I can count on to ease my mind that the job is being done right the first time. Kempton & Self Plumbing has consistently been our "go-to" for everything from simple projects to a sudden leak that occurred in our attic when a hole developed in a water supply line. We have mostly worked with Jacob, who is awesome. He was out last week to install a new dishwasher, sink, and faucet in our kitchen. Everything works perfectly and looks wonderful --- it is the "end result" I hoped for and it's because Jacob is conscientious and does a thorough job. My home needed to be replumbed and I couldn't be happier with the service! While they weren't the least expensive quote I received, their customer service more than made up for it. The job was finished a full day earlier than they estimated, they responded to emails on sunday, and they tidied up so well, when I returned home from work I couldn't tell anyone had been there all day working hard to restore my plumbing.
